Interested schools applied online for scholarships on behalf of their 2025 Year 10 and 11 students. Multiple reminder emails were sent out to all secondary schools.
Sept - Oct 2024

Late Oct 2024
Schools were notified of scholarship outcomes. Successful schools were sent an email (to the nominated email address in their school's application) with a QATSIF Agreement. QATSIF requires that the Principal of the school signs the Agreement and emails a copy of the Agreement to QATSIF. From Jan 28, 2025
Scholarships become operational and schools may now begin submitting their QATSIF claim forms found within their QATSIF agreement. A claim form must be submitted by the school every semester for the duration of the scholarship in order to claim for funds spent on each applicant.
