QATSIF’s Round 16 (2025-26) Scholarships open mid-May, 2024.

In 2024, QATSIF approved 2255 new QATSIF Scholarship applications from 400 Queensland schools. QATSIF is currently supporting 4290 Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Year 11 and 12 students with their QCE (Queensland Certificate of Education) studies and QCIA (for students with a verified disability).

In mid-May, QATSIF will send our Round 16 Application information out to all Queensland schools (State, Catholic and Independent) to share with their students, parents and carers.

Eligible Year 10 and 11 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students can only apply through their schools. Note that current Year 11 QATSIF students (with a 2 year scholarship) do not need to reapply as their scholarships will be carried across Year 11 and 12. Any students who have replaced other students should check with their schools.

All scholarship applications will be checked by our QATSIF staff, before being read and approved by our QATSIF Board, and then sent to the Public Trustee of Queensland for final approval.

QATSIF will notify schools of the outcome of their Round 16 Scholarship applications in mid-November, before their Year 10s leave on Christmas holidays.
